• Names, email addresses, contact numbers, and any details when our customers voluntarily complete our enquiry form and provide feedback and reviews.
• We collect data electronically from emails and our website enquiry form.

• Contact the website user to ask any further questions about writing up a business contract regarding temporary technicians.
• Draft up a potential contract between RA Experts and clients when enquiring about having a temporary worker at a place of work.
• Collect feedback about the website usage, such as what appeals most to the user and what pages on the website are not engaging.

  RA Experts rely on this lawful basis because when the user enquires, RA Experts require processing personal information to proceed with preparing a contract for the user. Collecting this data is the first step before producing the contract for the client.
• (b) We have a legitimate interest.
  RA Experts rely on legitimate interests to process this information. Our company relies on processing personal data for a direct contractual relationship. This way we can provide exact information on what the user has enquired about.

When do we share personal data?

RA Experts will treat all personal data confidentially. RA Experts might share or disclose data in the circumstances when it is necessary to provide our services. Or to conduct our business operations, as outlined in section (3).

RA Experts will not share any personal information with any third party outside of the RA Experts company. We will only share data between the employee and the employer within the company regarding a draft of a potential business contract for the user/client. 4.1 Where do we store and process personal data?

RA Experts store all processed data securely, all the data is electronically collected and stored. The RA Experts’ website is created and coded using WordPress thus data/information is stored on the MySql database which is connected to the website.

4.2 How long do we keep your personal data for?
RA Experts are required to keep a record of a relationship between our company and a previous client so that we can deal with any reviews or complaints a client might make about the services we provide. Therefore, some of the data processed will be kept electronically as proof of the relationship between the company and a client. RA Experts will not keep any extra/unusable personal data information for more than thirty days or after a contract between the client and the company has ended. We will hold data from a completed contract for up to a year for possible future legal claims.

Your rights in relation to personal data

Under the GDPR data subjects have the right to access and control their personal data. The subject users’ rights are listed below:

• Right of Access – The user has the right to request a copy of the information RA Experts holds about them.
• Right of Amendment – The website user has the right to rectify any information they believe is inaccurate. They also have the right to complete any data they think is incomplete.
